Order information Health Solution

It is very simple to order. Click on the desired product in the webshop-page and click on “shopping cart” to get an overview of your order. This will take you to the order page where you will be asked to fill in your delivery address and the quantity you want to order. It’s important to fill in you country, otherwise you will not be able to select a shipment method. The order is final when the PayPal payment module is started. Having problems ordering? Regarding Price
All prices have been expressed in Euros and include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

To modify your order
If after placing an order, you still need to modify it, then as soon as possible contact us at info@health-solution.eu. If your order has already been processed then unfortunately it can no longer be modified. If you decide to return the order, as it was too late to be modified, the shipping expenses will not be reimbursed. See “returns” for further information.

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 working days after the product is received. A product can be returned if the product is unused and the product packaging is intact. Article must be well packed and sufficiently stamped. If returned article meets these conditions, the purchase amount will be paid. Shipping charges are not included in reimbursements. If the returned item does not satisfy the conditions above then unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse for the item.
As soon as we receive the returned item, the reimbursement procedure will begin. Your bank account will be credited within 30 working days. Reimbursements will only be paid on the same account number that was used to pay the order.
In the case of promotional action or offers, Health Solution reserves the right for additional use/return rules. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to returns.


How long before I receive my product?
Your order will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery periods of PostNL and/or UPS lie between 2-10 working days, depending on the country of destination. If for any reason we are not able to deliver do to supply or other external issues, we will communicate this to you by e-mail. We do our absolute best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, with a maximum delivery time of one month.

Sending by PostNL
The order will be shipped by PostNL and/or UPS. PostNL and UPS deliver packages Monday through Friday. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the driver will not leave the package, and instead leave a ticket notifying you of the attempted delivery. On this ticket it indicates when the next available delivery date is and what time of day they typically deliver to your area.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands
The shipping costs are maximum € 6.75 for packages (e.g. the 1 litre bottles). Mailbox deliveries cost € 2.=. Free shipment when spending € 100,= or more.

Order from European countries:
You can place an order from European countries and pay via PayPal, direct bank transfer or if you have a Dutch bank account, through iDeal. After you have placed your order, we send a confirmation e-mail with payment information that you need for your international bank transfer.

Shipping costs within Europe: Austria, Denmark, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. The shipping costs are € 13, = for packages up to 2 kilograms (e.g. 2 bottles of 1 litre), € 19.50 for packages up to 10 kilograms and € 25, = for packages over 10 kilograms. Letterbox Deliveries cost € 3.40. Free shipment when spending € 150,= or more.

Shipping costs within Europe: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican and Switzerland. The shipping costs are € 18.50 for packages up to 2 kilograms (e.g. 2 bottles of 1 litre), € 25. = for packages up to 10 kilograms and € 31.= for packages over 10 kilograms. Letterbox Deliveries cost € 3.40. Free shipment when spending € 150,= or more.

Contact us via info@health-solution.eu for orders outside Europe.

Subsequent deliveries
If an article is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email immediately and the product will be delivered as soon as it becomes available. You don’t have to pay shipping cost for subsequent delivery. As subsequent delivered no longer can be delivered, we will reimburse your bank account included the shipping charges and you will notified immediately.


At Health Solution there are three ways to pay:

If you do not have a Dutch bank account, you can pay by PayPal or direct debit from your bank account.

All Internet-banking customers of the participating banks (Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING and SNS bank etc.) can pay by means of iDeal.
